Sibutramine hydrochloride 10mg/15mg.

Indications:

Adjunct to diet in obese patients with body mass index 30kg/m2 and greater, or body mass index 27kg/m2 and greater with associated risk factors.

Dosage:

Adults; Over 18 years, initially 10mg once daily in the morning. Increase if less then 2kg loss after 4 weeks to 15mg once daily. Discontinue if weight loss less then 5% initial weight, or weight loss less then in three months, or if patient regains 3kg or more. Co-morbidity, continue only if clinical benefits observed. Maximum treatment period, 1 year.
